Sesshin in Kolín, Czech Republic (July 5–12, 2026)
An intensive Zen retreat in silence, offering an opportunity to deepen practice through zazen (sitting meditation), dokusan (individual meetings with the teacher), and teishō (talks). The retreat supports the development of clarity, insight, and sustained attention.
Intended for practitioners with an interest in Zen practice.
The sesshin will be held in simple English.
Dates: July 5 (arrival before 18:00) – July 12, 2026 (departure around 14:00)
